- Order Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your order, 30% of the total amount will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
This covers processing, materials, and administrative costs incurred from the moment your order is placed.
- Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The order is canceled by the customer.
- The order cannot be fulfilled from our side.
- Non-Returnable Products
Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our items, returns are not accepted once an order has been produced or delivered.
- Refund Timeline
If eligible, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval.
