• Order Placement
  All orders must be placed at least 3 months before the event date to ensure sufficient time for production and customization. Orders placed after this period may not be accepted.

• Order Processing
  Once an order is confirmed, the production process begins immediately. Any changes requested after confirmation may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

• Customer Responsibility
  It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate event dates, product specifications, and delivery information at the time of placing the order.
